Wiseup Networks

Wiseup Networks is a social enterprise that partners with companies to provide mentoring and work experience opportunities for 16–18-year-olds.

On Wiseup’s Pathfinder Programme, Wiseup provides training to employees of a partner company to upskill them as mentors for local students.

A 1-2-1 mentoring programme is then facilitated by Wiseup, consisting of at least 5 sessions. After session 2, the students visit the employer’s place of work for a work experience opportunity. Following which, the mentoring sessions resume.

Wiseup’s programmes are targeted at students without the personal and family connections to gain an advantage in their early career.
